Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Popped! to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
• Harass, defame, shame or publicly accuse anyone on the basis of a result.
• Process photos you have no right to use, or to surveil or profile people.
• Systematically probe the Service to build tools that evade AI or tamper detection.
• Overload, scrape, resell, or circumvent rate limits or API keys of the Service.
• Misrepresent a Popped! result as an official certification or court-admissible forensic report.

Responsible use of results

Use results as one input to a fair process: give people a chance to respond, and have a human review before taking any adverse action.

Reporting misuse

Report misuse to Hello@popped.info. We may suspend access that breaches this policy and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
